Our caregivers are the best in Home Care industry.

That means we have carefully chosen them based on a corporate philosophy that our organization provides best of practices. In addition to phone interviews, in-person interviews, background checks, reference checks, motor vehicle checks and more, three of our recruiters must feel comfortable putting the caregiver with their own family member before the caregiver is qualified to work with Water Tower Nursing and Home Care clients. We hire caregivers who care. Our caregivers are totally committed.

For more information see The Recruitment Process

Our caregivers are all employees of Water Tower Nursing and Home Care, Inc.
